The Cambridge Interfaith Programme wishes to appoint an agile, organised, and efficient Programme Administrator with excellent interpersonal skills.

The duties of this varied role will include maintaining CIP's records including partnership and research databases, serving as first-point-of-contact for enquiries, coordinating & supporting CIP-related activities and events (including occasional on site and out of hours working), carrying out financial administration, providing administrative support to the Programme Manager, managing applications for programme visitors and seasonal activities, and some website and publicity work.

Candidates must be numerate and proficient in using standard Microsoft software packages including Word, Excel and Outlook. Previous administrative experience is required.

Practicalities

The role is part time (40% FTE) and open to flexible working arrangements including some home working, however on-site working is required and some events may fall outside standard working hours.

The role is fixed term for 12 months in the first instance.
