Online
About
As part of the year’s activities, CIKH is hosting a pair of online sessions to facilitate connections and knowledge exchange between University of Cambridge researchers and external organisations interested in matters of faith and belief. Borrowing the speed-dating format, participants will benefit from a series of brief cross-sector conversations (up to 5 minutes per pairing), plus chance to connect with all attendees (max. 16 per session).
Speed-dating events will also include information about opportunities for follow on funding, including a pump priming scheme offering quick-access grants of up to £1000 to support collaborative cross-sector activity between April and July 2025. Attendees will be surveyed about their interest in continuing specific conversations, with contact details circulated as appropriate.
Practicalities
Sessions will run on Zoom from 4:30pm to 5:30pm on Wednesday 26 February, and 11am to midday on Thursday 13 March.
The sign-up process requires a 100-word statement highlighting current areas of interest and any key projects, questions or challenges. These summaries will be circulated to participants in advance of the session.
Who is this for?
The event is offered to Research Forum members and CIKH Partner organisations. An invitation with registration information will be circulated in advance of these events.
If you are uncertain of your / your organisation’s eligibility, please complete an EOI form or drop us a line via email to hub at interfaith.cam.ac.uk.
We are providing one space per partner organisation in the first instance. If multiple persons request to join, we will liaise with you about best fit.
